      The minimum payment amount for Zezeya_Wholesale is 1000 USD.


      How to order: Place the product you want on the site in the desired quantity into your shopping cart, then click the CHECK OUT button to go to the order page.

      Orders can be paid with credit card or PayPal. We ask for your understanding that we do not support other payment methods.

      Note : For credit cards, the default payment limit set by the card company is 2,000 USD per month.

      If your payment has been declined due to a payment limit issue, but you wish to pay more than the limit, please contact us by email.

      Zezeya will determine that you are a safe customer and request a lift of the limit directly from your credit card company.

      SHIPPING NOTICE

      All information on the order form must be written in English.

      - . Special symbols other than , must not be included.

      If it is in a different language or contains special characters, delivery may be delayed.

      We are trying our best to solve the delivery issues for not available countries. Thank you for your patience.

      Shipping is done using the shipping company selected when ordering, and shipping costs vary depending on the shipping company/country.

      Additionally, the time it takes for delivery varies by country/delivery company, and we ask for your understanding that there may be slight differences in delivery time depending on the circumstances of each country.

      If necessary information is lacking at the time of delivery, we will contact the customer directly via email. If the email is not responded to for a long period of time, the order may be canceled after [Delivery Hold].

      (ex : IOSS, EORI, VAT Number, Tax ID)

      If the information required for delivery is inaccurate, delivery may be held indefinitely.

      If delivery is suddenly impossible depending on the logistics situation in each country (natural disaster, war, aircraft shortage), your order may be cancelled.

      In particular, shipping companies may suddenly and temporarily be unable to deliver to countries that are currently close to war zones.

      In cases like the above, Zezeya will make sure to provide guidance to customers. We ask for your deep understanding.

      RETURN AND REFUND

      1. If the recipient does not provide the information requested by the shipping company during delivery.

      2. If you order an item that is prohibited according to the laws/regulations of each country and it is returned due to customs clearance.

      3. Refusal of receipt due to customer change of mind

      In the above cases, the item may be automatically returned. If the item is returned, we will refund the remaining amount after inspecting the item, excluding all costs incurred due to the return.

      Return may take at least 3 weeks.

      (Please understand that if there is any damage during the product inspection process, this will be excluded from the refund amount.)

      Due to weight restrictions of the shipping company, multiple packages may be delivered without prior notice. In this case, we will send you all tracking numbers by email.

      We do our best to avoid customs clearance issues, but we cannot guarantee that you will not be caught in customs clearance.

      If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.

      We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues.

      *Notice regarding customs tax from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient, so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get a refund for the returned parcel.

      Please keep following up with the tracking update and if customs clearance gets delayed, please contact local customs as soon as possible and claim the parcel.

      * Packages may be declared as Gift or Cosmetics.

      In case of refund due to damage, There must be a video of ‘checking for damage immediately after opening the package’ from ‘before opening the package’.

      If no video (evidence) remains, refunds are not possible due to damage.

      Because Zezeya sells worldwide, we do not know exactly the customs policies of all countries. sorry.

      We recommend that you contact the customs office of each country directly for the exact tariff standards of each country.

      Please note that Zezeya is not responsible for unexpected tariffs.
